Redevco is a young organisation with 150 years of experience. Our unique character is a product of our history. Redevco was created when the European real estate company, which for 150 years had been part of the C&A retail group, became an independent entity. This explains our vast expertise in the international retail, consumer and real estate markets. These days, our tenant base comprises many national and multinational companies in a large number of countries.

Redevco is owned by Cofra Holding AG, a Swiss-based holding company comprising a group of companies located in Europe, Asia and North and Latin America. Cofra Holding AG was founded in 2001. Its activities include retail, real estate, corporate investments and financial services.

Redevco: a rich tradition of real estate management
In 1861 Clemens and August Brenninkmeijer opened their first clothing store in the Friesian town of Sneek, in the Netherlands, marking the birth of a worldwide chain of C&A fashion stores. As the fashion enterprise grew, a unique real estate portfolio grew with it. Right from the start the acquisition, development and management of the properties housing the stores was carefully kept separate from the retail organization.
