REDEVCO acquires prime city-centre retail building in Groningen
REDEVCO Netherlands has acquired a retail property plus commonhold covering 1,500 sq. m. at Herestraat 72-74, Groningen’s main shopping street. The properties are fully let to C&A and Men at Work. REDEVCO already owns an adjacent property, which is let to C&A and Game Mania. At the beginning of 2009 REDEVCO acquired all the other commonholds at Herestraat 72, which is connected to the existing REDEVCO property. REDEVCO now owns a whole block of prime retail real estate covering 7,000 sq. m. on this site.
