REDEVCO signs lease with H&M in Brugg, Switzerland

REDEVCO Switzerland has signed a lease agreement with H&M, for a retail unit in Brugg, a town on the river Aare in Canton Aargau. The unit, part of a former UBS branch acquired in January 2008, is located in the main shopping street and opposite to the train station. Refurbishment work started at the beginning of June.
