Redevco builds sustainable store in Winterthur
Mid May 2009 saw the first cut of the spade for the new Reseda Home store in Winterthur. The store, designed to meet MINERGIE® sustainability standards, will help owner and developer Redevco to consolidate its Swiss real estate portfolio and strengthen its commitment to developing and managing sustainable real estate.
