Redevco Italy is based in Milan. Managing Director for Italy is Javier Hortelano. A team of 6 real estate professionals co-ordinate the activities of the company. These activities focus on: management, development and trade in Italy.

Redevco made its first investments in the Italian market in 2003, when acquiring the Nomura portfolio. The strategic view is to build a substantial portfolio in Italy. For that reason, a local office, was opened in Milan early 2004. Redevco's preferered sector is retail (inner city and out-of-town).
