REDEVCO Nederland develops and manages the Dutch real estate portfolio, pursuing REDEVCO’s primary goal of tailoring properties to tenants’ needs. In new developments our in-house concept group draws on the experience gained in projects all over Europe and translates this into new ideas. As an investor we focus on creating projects that deliver long-term success; the know-how built up managing our own portfolio is a key factor in achieving this.

Growth is one of the main drivers of our strategy. Our focus is first and foremost on retail properties, both in city centres and more peripheral locations and with a preference for properties with redevelopment potential. We also invest in office and logistics properties if attractive opportunities arise. Project development forms part of our growth strategy and allows us to satisfy the wishes of our users even more fully.
