REDEVCO SWEDEN acquires second property in Borås
REDEVCO Sweden has purchased a retail warehouse building in Borås from a local real estate company for € 4,3 million from two private individuals. The property, which is fully let, is located on a prime location in the Knalleland retail park, and provides approx. 1,500 sq. m. of retail. The property was constructed in 1971 and a major refurbishment took place during 2002. The Knalleland Retail Park is one of the oldest and largest retail parks in Sweden. The acquired property is directly adjacent to the property REDEVCO acquired in 2007. The deal was a direct property purchase.
