REDEVCO Nordics is based in Stockholm and in Helsinki. Managing Director is Simon Smith A team of 8 real estate professionals co-ordinates the Nordic activities of the company. These activities focus on Management, Development and Trade.

REDEVCO has monitored the real estate markets in Scandinavia and Finland over the last period of time from the foothold office in Stockholm. It is REDEVCO’s intention to build a substantial real estate portfolio in Sweden and Finland in the coming years, also holding properties in Denmark, Norway and the Baltic States. Retail is the preferred sector (inner city, shopping centres and retail parks), but logistics buildings and office investments in Stockholm, Gothenborg, Malmö, Helsinki and Copenhagen will also be considered.
