Redevco Spain&Portugal is based in Madrid. Managing Director is Javier Hortelano de la Lastra. A team of 14 real estate professionals co-ordinates the activities of the company.

Redevco Spain&Portugal covers the retail, office and industrial markets across the Iberian Peninsula, being our core market the retail real estate markets both in Spain and Portugal. 

Our Business & Strategy
Our core businesses are investing in and developing retail products. By doing that, we offer our clients – local, national and international tenants – solutions in all retail formats: high street, retail warehousing and shopping centres, acting as final investors and developers.

We see our business as the art of creating a long standing partnership with our existing and potential tenants based on a long term relationship, having a clear commitment to improve the business performance of both tenants and landlord.

The property portfolio is under self management, being the local management team’s aim to deliver maximum added value.

To ensure diversity and to profit from market cycles, we allocate some 20% of our portfolio to non-retail projects, office buildings and logistic centres

Our business plan for the medium term foresees growing our portfolio in the Iberian Peninsula to 1bln. €. We intend to do so through development projects, portfolio optimisation and acquisition of prime and core properties.
