Sector spread

Retail properties account for around 80 per cent of the portfolio; the other 20 per cent consist of offices, logistic centres and parking facilities. The emphasis was initially on western and southern Europe, but over the years Redevco’s geographical scope has extended to include Scandinavia, eastern Europe, Turkey, China and India.
