Seine Rivoli

The Seine Rivoli project is located in the heart of Paris and enjoys all the advantages of being in a district that combines tourism, culture and business. Situated between rue de Bourdonnais, rue de Rivoli and rue Bertin Poirée, Seine Rivoli comprises four buildings dating from the 18th and 19th century. Close to the River Seine, with a high population density and a wealth of business activities, the area has evolved in step with the city itself.

Redevco has transformed the four buildings of the Seine Rivoli project into a unified whole that meets the needs of the Parisians of today and complements the existing facilities in the 1st arrondissement. The architect of the project was Jean Hanemian and project management was carried out by Coteba.

The redevelopment created two retail units and, on the five upper floors, 24 apartments (from studios to six-room family flats) that have been rented out. The apartments reflect the needs of modern life while retaining the historical charms of this highly distinctive quarter of Paris. They all have their own unique style and originality; each has an independent entrance, high-ceilinged rooms, attics and private terrace. They are light and airy and each one enjoys an either garden or street view. A nearby building with 47 social housings units was sold by Redevco to Immobilière 3F.

Several distinctive features of the buildings have been preserved, such as the wooden floors or the use of wooden boards fixed to the old doors with spit fittings.
