Le 31

Le 31 is a latest-generation urban gathering place in the heart of the city of Lille, France. The place offers a mix of commercial use that responds to the new ways of living and working in a society that is undergoing radical change. The carefully curated tenant mix, comprises sports and fashion retailers, food and beverage operators, a hotel, a (co-)working space, a climbing wall, a gym and an escape game. The complex has 600 parking spaces.

Le 31 is a 25,000 m2 urban refurbishment in the historical city center of Lille. The mix-used scheme includes 2,400 m2 of retail, 1,700 m2 of street food, 5,200 m2 of leisure, 8,000 m2 of (co-) working spaces and a four-star hotel with 120 rooms.
The iconic redevelopment is home to a mix of strong, innovative, and complementary concepts and brands: Citadium (streetwear), Climb Up (climbing activities), Decathlon City (sports), Fitness Park (fitness), Grand Scène (food), Okko Hotels, Team Break (escape games) and Wojo (co-working).
Acquired late 2016 on behalf of one of its investor clients, Redevco started construction works in 2017 and Le 31 opened to the public in March 2021. Redevco envisaged not only to create an attractive, multi-functional destination in the heart of Lille, but also to establish a connected community of brands, partners, and visitors.
