As Information Manager for Sharepoint you will contribute to creating the technological environment, which enables us to excel in our ambition to be the retail real estate partner of choice. You have vision and develop strategy for new and existing applications and processes. You will manage demands for new requests from colleagues in the business and translate business requirements into optimal solutions. This means you are on top of the design process and can develop trainings and implement tooling. You have experience in project management and implementing project changes.

Redevco is looking for a new colleague to strengthen its Corporate Communications department. The position of Corporate Communications Manager is an all-round function, which requires someone who is able to work independently, has extensive knowledge of the discipline and likes to get things done. In this role, your main responsibility is the lease administration of our Dutch office. You ensure a correct, complete and timely processing of all rental contracts, indexations of all leases and settlements of the service charges. You manage the invoicing process and the collection process. Next to this you manage all incoming invoices, payments and give support in the budgeting process.

We are looking for a strong financial administrator, ideally you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
