For our Belgium operations we are looking for a Head of Development
As creators of retail experiences, it is our aim to make places more interesting for people to live, work and shop in. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the place-making business we are in, and responsible for Development Management activities for our branch in Belgium. With more than 120 Assets under Management and a total portfolio value of 1.8 billion EUR, we are the leading retail real estate investor and development manager in the Belgium market. In this context, you’ll be supervising our (re-) developments, making sure the projects are executed to the highest standards: within budget and timing, and compliant with Redevco’s governance, risk and compliance framework. It is your task to follow-up and manage investment proposals and the asset’s business plans, and make sure adequate reporting on each of your (re-) development projects is provided by you and your team members.
To fulfil this dynamic position, we are looking for a person with strong people & project management skills and broad experience in commercial and residential real estate (re-) development projects. You are a team player and an experienced team manager, who is not afraid to take the lead, has good planning and organising skills and is creative. You’ll be particularly working in a local (Belgium) market, but in an international context, with colleagues spread over seven offices across Europe. This requires you to be fluent in Dutch and French, but also proficient in English, and provides you with the opportunity to be exposed to and learn from many different cultures. In addition, this position will provide you with the opportunity to work with a number of different business relations, from a variety of internal functions to external relations like advisors and occupier clients.
We are currently looking for a Corporate Communications Manager
From writing press releases, activating thought leadership, advising on positioning issues to organising trade fairs & events and developing internal campaigns, we are looking for a person to strengthen our Corporate Communications function. The position offers a great opportunity to create and execute new, innovative communication concepts in support of realising our business objectives whilst maintaining and improving existing structures and events in the areas of internal, external, and marketing communication. You will work across all layers and geographies of our organisation and you are excited to engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders with different perspectives and (cultural) backgrounds.
We are seeking a creative and flexible professional with a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of communications experience. You are fluent in Dutch and in English, fast-paced, self-directed and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision and performing multiple tasks in parallel.
