The core focus of Redevco’s asset management activities is to create and add value to existing and new assets for the benefit of our investor clients, occupiers and ultimately the cities in which we operate. We have a strong track record of repositioning spaces with sub-optimal use into destinations with a dynamic mix of functions and formats. We use a tenant-focused management style to create continuous rental and value enhancements. This approach intensifies the use of our buildings – turning them into truly relevant and interesting destinations that attract more people and spending, for more purposes and for longer hours.

Making buildings fit for purpose

Whenever Redevco redevelops an asset, we aim to unlock and enhance real estate value. We think conceptually about each property in the context of its location and use. Then, we translate our findings into a tangible design and turn it into reality. That is how we create vibrant destinations in and around cities where people want to live, work, play and shop. It is our objective to collaboratively plan construction works with the tenant(s) to minimise disruption of their business and secure income for our investors.

A long-term perspective to future-proofing buildings

Redevco is an investment manager with a focus on sustainable growth, so ‘future-proofing’ individual assets is an active part of how we contribute to a better, more sustainable urban environment. We improve the environmental performance and social impact of the properties that we manage – both in terms of construction and operation – so that we can pass them on in a better state than when we acquired them. At the same time, we believe that more energy efficient assets will result in enhanced value growth and investor demand. Cecile

Cécile Pouzadoux

Portfolio Director FR

Cécile Pouzadoux has been appointed Portfolio Director for the French market since January 2022. Cécile joined Redevco in 2017 in the French finance team and was appointed Financial Director in 2018. Cécile is in charge of redeveloping and managing a high-quality portfolio in France with key assets like Promenade Sainte Catherine in Bordeaux, Le 31 in Lille, Espace du Palais in Rouen and iconic Parisian properties.

Prior to these roles within Redevco, Cécile was financial auditor at EY (2000-2017). Cécile has over 15 years of experience in real estate from financial to operational areas. Cécile is graduated from a French Business School and is also graduated as chartered accountant and auditor in France.

Filip

Filip de Bois

Portfolio Director BE

Since 2013 Filip is managing the Belgian assets as Portfolio Director together with a team of 20 professionals, specialised in Asset, Project & Development Management and Marketing. He started his career as a property manager within the Belgian distribution Group GIB, and set up the new real estate company Gibimmo together with the GIB management. Since Gibimmo was acquired by Redevco in 2013, the team has (re)developed more than 50 commercial sites in Belgium which equals approximately 400,000m², creating considerable value for the community and the portfolio’s investor clients.

Since 2016, Filip is also President of the BLSC, Belgian and Luxemburg Association for retail and shopping places. Filip holds a Master in Law agree from the Antwerp University and different post master management degrees from the Vlerick Business School Ghent-Leuven, and IMD Lausanne.

Jordi Soriano

Jordi Soriano joined Redevco in 2012 as Portfolio Manager based in Madrid. In 2015 he was appointed Portfolio Director for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. During the last few years he has been involved in the first Redevco Joint Venture in renowned projects as Mercado de San Miguel or Parque Corredor SC.

Jordi began his career in the retail industry (Nike, Consum) and then worked for 10 years on different roles in the shopping center industry in Spain (Metrovacesa, Gentalia). In total Jordi has more than 21 years of experience in real estate.

Jordi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona) and an Executive MBA from IESE (Madrid).

Rowan Verwoerd

Portfolio Director DACH

Rowan Verwoerd was appointed Portfolio Director for Redevco Germany in 2018. His role was extended to oversee the entire DACH region, when Austria and Switzerland were added in 2021. Rowan has had various positions within the company, after joining in 2004 as Assistant Controller for Redevco Netherlands. This was followed by the roles of Property Manager and Senior Project Manager. Between 2011 and 2017 Rowan worked for C&A China as Real Estate Director.

 

Prior to these roles within COFRA Group, Rowan was a tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff (1999-2004). In total Rowan has over 17 years of experience in real estate. Rowan holds a Master in Economics from the University of Tilburg and a postgraduate Master in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

Chris Fleetwood

Portfolio Director UK

Chris Fleetwood is Head of UK Asset and Development Management. His role is to lead Redevco’s transition from a retail to an ‘urban-domain’ specialist, building a strong, diversified mixed-use portfolio whilst maintaining best in class standards of asset and property management.

Prior to Redevco he has over 30 years real estate experience across occupier, agency, investment, and developer environments.

Vincent Bacas was appointed Portfolio Director for Redevco The Netherlands in 2022. In his role Vincent is intensively involved in further transforming the Dutch portfolio into a more diversified mix of assets within Redevco’s ambition: making cities better places to live, work, shop & play. With a broad and extensive background in real estate in Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Offices and Mixed-use, he is well-positioned to help Redevco execute on its strategy to grow and diversify.

Before joining Redevco Vincent was both Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at a family-owned group of companies mainly active in the broad area of the built environment, where he started in 2007. In this entrepreneurial role he was responsible for strategic and commercial matters as well as innovation and business development.
