Being a full-service provider, we have our own in-house research team that drives strategy and innovation. In addition, all financial, tax and legal services are done by in-house teams. We also have strong and expert functions in the areas of Sustainability, IT, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Human Resources and Corporate Communications which work to enable our commercial teams to perform at their best.

Graduate Traineeship
Our Graduate Traineeship is a two-year rotational programme designed to provide in-depth knowledge about various business areas across the real estate investment management lifecycle. During these two years, you will typically complete three or four rotations in different departments that operate from a range of Redevco’s European offices.
You will benefit from hands-on learning and development opportunities by working alongside an experienced team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. This will be supplemented by classroom-based training provided by Redevco colleagues and external trainers. You will also have a mentor to support your professional development.

German Working Student
Are you a student looking to gain experience in the area of asset management at a pan-European real estate specialist? Redevco Germany is looking for a Working Student (German language is a requirement) to join the team in Hamburg for 20 hours per week. The role will provide the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in asset management.
