Waterloo BIX redevelopment completed

Waterloo, Belgium March 18th 2021 – Redevco has completed the renovation of the Waterloo BIX retail park in Mont-Saint-Jean. The works began in spring 2017 and have continued in successive stages in order to maintain as much commercial activity as possible on the site. The result of the redevelopment is a regional-scale retail park of about 20 units for a total of almost 37,000 m² offering a new, contemporary architectural image and a broad retail mix.
With the last openings of Kojump in September and Carglass mid-February 2021, the renovation is now finalised and visitors are offered a new and varied shopping experience.
