Princes Square opened in its current format as a shopping and dining destination in 1988. The centre was refurbished in 2011/2012 at a cost of £7.5 million.

The Grade B listed buildings were developed by GRE Properties Ltd in the 1980s. The brief then was to preserve and restore the original buildings but create a modern shopping and dining centre of quality and distinction with an emphasis on style – which remains within the centre today. The centre has over 40 shops & restaurants with key tenants such as Ted Baker, French Connection, Reiss Womenswear, Cos and Vivienne Westwood.

Parque Corredor offers the broadest commercial mix of the Henares Corridor, both in food & beverage, fashion, services and leisure, including a movie theatre. The centre includes 180 units in an area of ​​123,000 square meters with a footfall of 10.5 million visitors per year. The center also has an Alcampo hypermarket of ​​24,000 square meters, one of the largest in Spain. Parque Corredor hosts fashion brands stores such as Inditex, H&M, Mango, Kiabi, C&A and Primark.

Redevco is investing 45 million euros the redevelopment of Parque Corredor. The works will modernise the fashion area, with a better layout and more space for new brands. The common areas will be improved, creating more natural light through the use of skylights. New iconic accesses and a redesign of the car park complete the redevelopment.

On one of Vienna’s main shopping streets, Redevco has re-developed one of Vienna’s iconic inner-city retail properties. Former seventies Generali Center is transformed into a modern high street shopping destination. The newly restored building of 16,000 m2 with offices in the top six floors and retail in the basement, ground and first floor, now carries the name MAHÜ77. Where the old structure was home to 26 shops, new tenants TK Maxx, CCC and Eurospar will have their own facades and entrances directly on Mariahilfer Strasse, as “the high street is the mall”.

From design to construction, we integrated the concept of sustainability to all of the processes to ensure a clean site during and beyond the construction phase. This project combines respect for the environment and energy efficiency with an integrated architectural setting that adds value to the city.

Ternat, The Leaf

The Leaf Shopping is a large re-development, opened in the fall of 2018, and now home to 13 retailers and a restaurant, ranging from a supermarket to fashion and F&B.

The Leaf project is our most sustainable development and received a BREEAM Excellent rating. The sustainable materials were selected according to Cradle-to-Cradle®principle. The space alongside cycle and footpaths was enhanced through green roofs, which covers over 50% of the total roof surface and large areas with local vegetation. At the entrance of the site, a public park was created with more than 900 park spaces. In de middle of the parking you find an e-Tree, a ‘solar panel tree’ where solar power is generated. The monumental department store, built in 1901, has been in our care for a long time already and underwent a thorough reconstruction for 18 months. The restoration works to the façade, the roof and the domes were finalised in December 2014.

The restoration involved the hard work of about 120 workers and a total investment of 4.2 million euros made jointly by Redevco and tenant, Inno. Part of the project was subsidised by the Flemish Government (real estate Heritage), Antwerp Province and the City of Antwerp.
