Modern architecture, a central food court and plenty of space for events – the new Kaufpark Eiche is an attractive hybrid shopping centre. It combines shopping and leisure activities in an architecturally appealing atmosphere. We deliberately developed the center as a brand while preserving its long-standing identity. In this way, we have strengthened a traditional retail location and created an appealing meeting place for loyal and new customers and visitors.
Sustainability was a key aspect of the comprehensive modernisation in 2017. Measures such as the comprehensive use of LED lighting and water-saving fittings in the sanitary facilities and charging stations for electrical cars helped Kaufpark Eiche to obtain “excellent” BREEAM DE Bestand certification for existing sustainable buildings.
