Redevco’s Real Estate Debt team provides loans across all major European markets and asset classes, supporting our borrowers in optimising their business plans with tailored funding solutions.

Our focus is on delivering sustainable outcomes, which includes acquisition and capex lines as well as development financing, typically under Green Loan or Sustainability linked loan frameworks.

We are able to support complex projects, benefitting from a deep understanding of the specific requirements for refurbishment and development schemes and their associated funding.

A sector-agnostic financing strategy

Redevco offers flexible financing solutions across a broad range of asset classes and jurisdictions. Loan sizes typically range from €10 million to €200 million or more, with coverage across all Western European markets, including the UK. With loan terms generally span 3 to 7 years or longer. The financing strategy is sector-agnostic, encompassing all asset classes, including operational real estate sectors. A variety of facility types are available, such as:

  • Acquisition and capex funding
  • Transitional asset financing
  • Standalone capex lines
  • Development financing
  • HoldCo loans
  • Facilities structured as Green Loans or Sustainability Linked Loans
