As a Paralegal, you play a key role in supporting legal operations and ensuring the smooth handling of day-to-day legal matters within an international real estate environment. You contribute to corporate governance processes, legal documentation, and the coordination of legal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. Working in a forward-looking legal team, you actively use modern legal technology and AI-based tools to make these processes more efficient.
You work closely with the Legal Director, the wider EU legal team, internal departments, and external advisors. In doing so, you ensure accurate and timely handling of legal
documentation, support compliance processes, and actively contribute to efficient legal workflows and informed decision-making.

The Fund Control Analyst supports the financial management, control, and reporting of pan-European real estate investment funds with a focus on retail park strategies.
