
Andrew Vaughan
Chief Executive Officer, Board MemberAndrew Vaughan joined Redevco as the United Kingdom Managing Director in 2000. In 2004 he was appointed Managing Director for United Kingdom & Nordics, and in 2007 was nominated to the Board in the role of COO of Western Europe (except Benelux). In 2010, Andrew took responsibility for the entire European portfolio and subsequently was appointed CEO in November 2011. Andrew is a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Prior to joining Redevco, Andrew served at Moorfield Group Plc (1997-2000), where he managed the joint venture partnership with the Blackstone Group and other US PE Groups. From 1992 to 1997, he worked for Friends Provident Life Office where he was ultimately appointed Fund Manager, assuming responsibility for the entire City and West End portfolio. In 1997 Andrew joined the Moorfield Group Plc as investment and development specialist where he managed the joint venture partnership with the Blackstone Group and was key member of the acquisition team.
In total Andrew has more than 32 years of experience in real estate. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

Manolito van Ardenne
Chief Financial Officer, Board MemberManolito van Ardenne started in the company as Business Controller after which he became Group Controller in 2011. From 2013 onwards Manolito played an important role in preparing Redevco to work with external mandates resulting in the first joint venture in 2015. In 2014, Manolito became Managing Director Fund Management and Fund Director. He joined the Board as CFO in 2019.
In his role as CFO Manolito is also responsible for for the functions Finance, IT & Information Management, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Finance, Tax and Project Portfolio Management. Manolito is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Before he joined Redevco Manolito was working at KPMG Business Advisory Services as Financial & Restructuring Advisor. Manolito holds a Master of Economics from the University of Groningen and an Executive Master in Finance & Control from the Business University of Nyenrode.

Ton van de Grampel
Chief Human Resources Officer, Board MemberTon van de Grampel joined Redevco as HR Director in 2014. In 2015 he was appointed to the Redevco Board as CHRO, responsible for HR and Corporate Communications. In 2019, Sustainability was added to his scope of responsibilities.
Prior to joining Redevco, Ton was responsible for Human Resources at C&A Brazil from 2008 to 2012 and Human Resources & Internal Communications at C&A Europe from 2012 until he joined Redevco.
Prior to these roles within COFRA group, Ton worked in various management and HR positions at ABN Amro Bank in The Netherlands and Hong Kong, Korn/Ferry International in The Netherlands and ING Group in The Netherlands and Canada.
Ton holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Leiden in The Netherlands.

Marrit Laning
Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Board MemberMarrit Laning joined the Redevco Board as per January 1, 2022, as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. In this role Marrit is responsible for the areas of Research & Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation. Marrit is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Before joining the Board, Marrit served in a combined role as Co-head Client & Fund Management and Fund Director for four years. Prior to that she headed Redevco’s Research & Strategy team. In this period Marrit and her team did proprietary research with respect to the attractiveness of European cities for retail real estate investments and the impact of technological innovation on consumer behaviour.
Before joining Redevco in 2011, Marrit worked for ING Real Estate Development as Manager Research, for DTZ as team leader for EMEA North and Head of Research for The Netherlands. In total Marrit has more than 20 years of experience in real estate.
Marrit holds a MSc in Human Geography from Utrecht University, The Netherlands.

Herman Jan Faber
Co-Head Client & Fund Management, MT MemberHerman Jan Faber joined Redevco as the Tax Director in 2007 based in Amsterdam. Herman Jan is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Prior to joining Redevco, Herman Jan working in various tax functions for Houthoff Buruma and PwC.
In total Herman Jan has more than 25 years of experience in real estate. Herman Jan holds a law degree from the University of Groningen as well as a master in finance from Tias Nimbas business school.

Adam Starr
Head of Global Transaction Management, MT MemberAdam Starr joined Redevco UK as Portfolio Manager in 2002 and became UK Investment Director in 2007. In 2011 Adam was appointed Managing Director for Redevco Central and Eastern Europe based in Vienna, before returning to the UK in 2013 as UK Managing Director. Adam was appointed Head of Global Transaction Management in February 2020. Adam is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Prior to joining Redevco Adam was a Partner in the West End Business Team of Strutt & Parker (1996 – 2002). In total Adam has more than 26 years of experience in real estate. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth.

Thierry Cahierre
Co-Head Client & Fund Management, MT memberThierry Cahierre joined Redevco in 2011 as Managing Director Redevco France based in Paris. In 2021 he was appointed Co-head Client & Fund Management and Fund Director for the portfolios of one of Redevco’s key clients, where he responsible for the execution of the transformation and diversification strategy of the proprietary portfolio and further developing the strategic scope for the Client & Fund Management team. Thierry is a member of Redevco’s Management Team.
Thierry began his career as a Works Engineer for Bouygues S.A. before moving into financial planning, working on social initiatives managed by the Caisse des Dépôts. He was later appointed Programme Director at APSYS France, then crossed over to the world of big-name brands as Technical Director and subsequently Real Estate Director of the FNAC Group.

Patrick Brenninkmeijer
Director of Business DevelopmentPatrick Brenninkmeijer joined Redevco Spain and Portugal in 2006. In 2008 he was promoted to Portfolio Manager in Central and Eastern Europe, and was based out of Vienna, Austria. From 2010 through 2013, Patrick worked at Redevco’s sister company C&A in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2014 Patrick returned to Redevco as Portfolio Director for CEE, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Patrick joined Fund Management in 2018, as Director of the newly established residential business, and Redevco’s proptech activities. Patrick was subsequently appointed as Director of Business Development in 2020.
Prior to joining Redevco Patrick worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking team in NYC. In total Patrick has more than 19 years of experience in real estate. Patrick holds a BSc degree in Science and Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a MSc in Real Estate from IE.

Boris de Mulder
Business Development DirectorBoris De Mulder joined the transaction team of Redevco in 2016, assuming responsibility for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. In 2020, Boris relocated to London and transitioned into the Client & Fund Management team, where he undertook the role of Investment Manager. Boris was subsequently promoted to Director of Business Development in 2022, looking after strategic M&A for the Redevco platform through a.o. M&A and setting up of JV’s.
Prior to joining Redevco Boris worked in the Corporate Finance advisory team of Deloitte Real Estate based out of Brussels. Boris holds a BSc and MSc in Business Economics from the University of Brussels (Solvay Business School) and a Postgraduate in Real Estate from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). In addition Boris has passed Level II of the CFA program.

Adam Starr

Chris Fleetwood
Head of Global Asset and Development ManagementChris Fleetwood is responsible to creating and maintaining a consistent and best-in-class standard in asset and development management across the group to deliver investor objectives whilst generating social and environmental impact. He was previously Portfolio Director for the UK.
He joined Redevco in 2022 with over 30 years prior real estate experience across occupier, agency, investment, and developer environments.

Filip de Bois
Portfolio Director BESince 2013 Filip is managing the Belgian assets as Portfolio Director together with a team of 20 professionals, specialised in Asset, Project & Development Management and Marketing. He started his career as a property manager within the Belgian distribution Group GIB, and set up the new real estate company Gibimmo together with the GIB management. Since Gibimmo was acquired by Redevco in 2013, the team has (re)developed more than 50 commercial sites in Belgium which equals approximately 400,000m², creating considerable value for the community and the portfolio’s investor clients.
Since 2016, Filip is also President of the BLSC, Belgian and Luxemburg Association for retail and shopping places. Filip holds a Master in Law agree from the Antwerp University and different post master management degrees from the Vlerick Business School Ghent-Leuven, and IMD Lausanne.

Rowan Verwoerd
Portfolio Director DACHRowan Verwoerd was appointed Portfolio Director for Redevco Germany in 2018. His role was extended to oversee the entire DACH region, when Austria and Switzerland were added in 2021. Rowan has had various positions within the company, after joining in 2004 as Assistant Controller for Redevco Netherlands. This was followed by the roles of Property Manager and Senior Project Manager. Between 2011 and 2017 Rowan worked for C&A China as Real Estate Director.
Prior to these roles within COFRA Group, Rowan was a tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff (1999-2004). In total Rowan has over 17 years of experience in real estate. Rowan holds a Master in Economics from the University of Tilburg and a postgraduate Master in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.

Cécile Pouzadoux
Portfolio Director FRCécile Pouzadoux has been appointed Portfolio Director for the French market since January 2022. Cécile joined Redevco in 2017 in the French finance team and was appointed Financial Director in 2018. Cécile is in charge of redeveloping and managing a high-quality portfolio in France with key assets like Promenade Sainte Catherine in Bordeaux, Le 31 in Lille, Espace du Palais in Rouen and iconic Parisian properties.
Prior to these roles within Redevco, Cécile was financial auditor at EY (2000-2017). Cécile has over 15 years of experience in real estate from financial to operational areas. Cécile is graduated from a French Business School and is also graduated as chartered accountant and auditor in France.

Jordi Soriano
Portfolio Director ESJordi Soriano joined Redevco in 2012 as Portfolio Manager based in Madrid. In 2015 he was appointed Portfolio Director for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. During the last few years he has been involved in the first Redevco Joint Venture in renowned projects as Mercado de San Miguel or Parque Corredor SC.
Jordi began his career in the retail industry (Nike, Consum) and then worked for 10 years on different roles in the shopping center industry in Spain (Metrovacesa, Gentalia). In total Jordi has more than 21 years of experience in real estate.
Jordi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona) and an Executive MBA from IESE (Madrid).

Vincent Bacas
Portfolio Director NLVincent Bacas was appointed Portfolio Director for Redevco The Netherlands in 2022. In his role Vincent is intensively involved in further transforming the Dutch portfolio into a more diversified mix of assets within Redevco’s ambition: making cities better places to live, work, shop & play. With a broad and extensive background in real estate in Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Offices and Mixed-use, he is well-positioned to help Redevco execute on its strategy to grow and diversify.
Before joining Redevco Vincent was both Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at a family-owned group of companies mainly active in the broad area of the built environment, where he started in 2007. In this entrepreneurial role he was responsible for strategic and commercial matters as well as innovation and business development.

Chris Baker
Portfolio Director UKChris Baker joined Redevco in August 2021, and was appointed Portfoilo Director for the UK in September 2023. Chris leads the UK portfolio team, which is responsible for asset management, property management, project management and development on behalf of Redevco’s clients across the United Kingdom. Chris believes in putting people and purpose at the heart of any real estate project, with environmental and social responsibility key to making mixed use places for the future.
Chris joined Redevco as an Asset Manager, and prior to this worked at intu plc, in asset management and then as Head of Partnerships – working on strategic thinking for major shopping centres and running key customer accounts for major commercial occupiers. Chris also spent 10 years as a real estate agent in the UK, working at Cushman & Wakefield and niche practice GCW.
