Neil Slater
Chief Executive Officer, Board and IC MemberNeil Slater has joined the company in the role as CEO of Redevco from October 2023. He joins from abrdn where, as Global Head of Real Assets & Global Head of Real Estate, he leads one of Europe’s largest real assets businesses. Neil was previously the Chief Executive Officer & Representative Director of abrdn’s Japanese business, moving to Tokyo in summer 2015 to open and build out an investment management business.
Neil joined Standard Life Investments (SLI) in 2011, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for product structuring, tax, legal and cross asset debt financing. Neil developed and fund managed SLI Real Estate’s investor loan platform and had responsibility for circa GBP 600m of capital across mandates.
Previously, Neil spent over 6 years in Switzerland with Man Group where he had responsibility for a multi-billion USD debt book in addition to leading the team structuring Man’s equity derivative products & OTC derivatives, fund financing and custodial structures. Neil was responsible for the commercial creation of various alternative assets funds, structuring solutions and delivered to market single and multi-strategy global and regional alternative asset products for the Asian, Middle Eastern and South American markets.
Neil is an English qualified solicitor. Neil received his MBA (Finance) with distinction from Manchester Business School in January 2007 and has a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University (1999). Neil completed MIT’s Advanced Management Programme in February 2019.
Manolito van Ardenne
Chief Financial Officer, Board and IC MemberManolito van Ardenne started in the company as Business Controller after which he became Group Controller in 2011. From 2013 onwards Manolito played an important role in preparing Redevco to work with external mandates resulting in the first joint venture in 2015. In 2014, Manolito became Managing Director Fund Management and Fund Director. He joined the Board as CFO in 2019.
In his role as CFO Manolito is also responsible for for the functions Finance, IT & Information Management, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Finance, Tax and Project Portfolio Management. Manolito is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Before he joined Redevco Manolito was working at KPMG Business Advisory Services as Financial & Restructuring Advisor. Manolito holds a Master of Economics from the University of Groningen and an Executive Master in Finance & Control from the Business University of Nyenrode.
Ton van de Grampel
Chief People Officer, Board MemberTon van de Grampel joined Redevco as HR Director in 2014. In 2015 he was appointed to the Redevco Board as CHRO, now Chief People Officer, responsible for all HR related business and making sure that the Redevco platform is set up with the right capabilities.
Prior to joining Redevco, Ton was responsible for Human Resources at C&A Brazil from 2008 to 2012 and Human Resources & Internal Communications at C&A Europe from 2012 until he joined Redevco.
Prior to these roles within COFRA group, Ton worked in various management and HR positions at ABN Amro Bank in The Netherlands and Hong Kong, Korn/Ferry International in The Netherlands and ING Group in The Netherlands and Canada.
Ton holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Leiden in The Netherlands.
Thierry Cahierre
COO Real Estate, LT and IC memberThierry Cahierre joined Redevco in 2011 as Managing Director Redevco France based in Paris. He was appointed COO Real Estate in 2024 and is responsible for all asset & development management activities in the Redevco group, as well as for the company’s sustainability operations. In 2021 he was appointed Co-head Client & Fund Management and Fund Director for the portfolios of one of Redevco’s key clients, where he responsible for the execution of the transformation and diversification strategy of the proprietary portfolio and further developing the strategic scope for the Client & Fund Management team. Thierry is a member of Redevco’s Leadership Team and Investment Committee.
Thierry began his career as a Works Engineer for Bouygues S.A. before moving into financial planning, working on social initiatives managed by the Caisse des Dépôts. He was later appointed Programme Director at APSYS France, then crossed over to the world of big-name brands as Technical Director and subsequently Real Estate Director of the FNAC Group.
Sasha Silver
Head of Global Client Group, LT and IC memberSasha Silver joined Redevco as Head of Global Client Group in January 2024. She is responsible for capital raising and client relations, working closely with the senior leadership to develop the company’s product offerings and external strategic partnerships. She is a member of the leadership team.
Sasha has over 20 years’ experience in capital formation and real estate advisory.
Previously Sasha was a Senior Partner and Head of Client Development at Tristan Capital Partners, a European real estate private equity firm, where she led global client relations for over eight years and oversaw both equity and debt product development and fundraises closing c.€9 bn in institutional investor commitments.
Prior to Tristan, she had a 14-year career with Credit Suisse in investment banking and asset management, where she was responsible for executing over €12 bn in advisory and capital raising transactions across Europe. Within the CS Private Fund Group, a global placement agent, she led European real estate mandates and marketing coordination for five years.
Earlier in her career she worked with the Smithsonian Institution. A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Silver completed graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA) and Yale School of the Environment (MF) and received her BA in Economics from Princeton University.
Veronica Gallo-Alvarez

She is responsible for all investment management activities, including transaction management and research &strategy. She is member of the leadership team.
Veronica has 26 years of experience in Continental European Real Estate having been involved in fund management, acquisitions, asset management, research, and strategy.
Veronica joined from abrdn where she was Head of Core European Funds. where she was overseeing the multi-sector strategies investing in commercial pan-European real estate Previously, she was Deputy Head of Core Plus Funds at abrdn with responsibility over several core plus strategies across UK and Europe.

Prior to joining SLI, Veronica was responsible for managing a Pan-European Real Estate Fund for Clerical Medical (Lloyds Banking Group) from 2007, initially as Director, European Property in Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited in London and subsequently, as Investment Director of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership based in Edinburgh. Veronica was a key element in building up the European business of Invista being actively involved in their acquisition programme as well as the asset management of its portfolio since 2005. Prior to Invista, she was a Vice-President at Harbert Management Corporation based in London, where she was involved in acquisitions and asset management of the Continental European portfolio with a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies over 5 years. Previously, she was an Analyst at the research team in Security Capital in Brussels.
She has a Degree in Economics by Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) and a MA in Economics by the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).

Patrick Brenninkmeijer
Business Development DirectorPatrick Brenninkmeijer joined Redevco Spain and Portugal in 2006. In 2008 he was promoted to Portfolio Manager in Central and Eastern Europe, and was based out of Vienna, Austria. From 2010 through 2013, Patrick worked at Redevco’s sister company C&A in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2014 Patrick returned to Redevco as Portfolio Director for CEE, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Patrick joined Fund Management in 2018, as Director of the newly established residential business, and Redevco’s proptech activities. Patrick was subsequently appointed as Director of Business Development in 2020.
Prior to joining Redevco Patrick worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking team in NYC. In total Patrick has more than 19 years of experience in real estate. Patrick holds a BSc degree in Science and Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a MSc in Real Estate from IE.

Hannah Evans
Investment DirectorHannah Evans joined Redevco in 2018 as an Investment Manager working on the proprietary portfolio. In 2021, she was appointed Investment Director responsible for several JVs with third party capital. She currently oversees the execution of a selection of Redevco’s retail and hospitality mandates across Europe.
Prior to joining Redevco in Amsterdam, Hannah was previously based in London working in real estate valuations and transactions advisory roles for the UK and European markets. She received a Distinction in her MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and holds a First Class BA from Nottingham University.
Steven Zeeman
Investment DirectorWith more than 20 years of investments and operational experience within real estate, private equity, development, and investment management and (tax) structuring, Steven is now Managing Director Redevco Living, responsible for Redevco’s residential platform which was set up after Redevco acquired Dutch residential specialist LIFE Europe in May 2023.
Before that he was Senior Managing Director of Greystar Europe where he grew its Continental European business from scratch. In his time there he raised > EUR 1.5 b of institutional capital and managed the development of a Dutch PBSA/BTR portfolio under the name OurDomain, acquired RESA a Spanish PBSA platform and operating business, integrated a French PBSA operator and set up a European core+ open-end fund structure with acquisitions in Germany, NL, Spain, and Ireland.
Before that he was Senior Managing Director of Greystar Europe where he grew its Continental European business from scratch. Before this, Steven was a tax consultant at PWC advising international companies on their European tax structures.
Steven completed various Business School programmes at INSEAD, Nyenrode Business University and DeBaak, holds a masters in Tax Law from the University of Tilburg and is a CFA Charterholder.
Israel Casanova
Investment Director and Head of Transaction Management, IC MemberIsrael Casanova joined Redevco Spain & Portugal as Portfolio Manager in 2005 and became Portfolio Director for that region in 2009. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director for Redevco Spain & Portugal. Israel was instrumental in signing Redevco first joint venture with an external mandate in 2015 of which he is currently Investment Director.
Since 2021, Israel participated in leading the Transaction teams at Redevco. In April 2024, he has been appointed Head of Transaction Management. Israel is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committee.

Israel was instrumental in signing Redevco first joint venture with an external mandate in 2015 of which he is currently Investment Director.
Since 2021, Israel participated in leading the Transaction teams at Redevco. In April 2024, he has been appointed Head of Transaction Management. Israel is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committee.
Tom Hoye
Transaction Director UKTom qualified into the RICS in 2006 and joined Redevco in 2008 working in Transactions in the UK. He was promoted to Investment Manager in 2014 widening his role to a pan-European level within the Client and Fund Management team. In 2017 he was promoted to Transaction Director and now primarily focuses back on the UK markets.
Jonathan Cole
Transaction Manager UKJon is an RICS accredited chartered surveyor who joined Redevco in 2022. He was previously Head of Investment at Ellandi, a UK-based asset and development manager, and has a background spanning asset and investment management, acquisitions and disposals. His experience covers both commercial and living sectors of the real estate market.

Chris Fleetwood
Deputy COO Real EstateChris Fleetwood was appointed Deputy COO Real Estate in April 2024. He is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent and best-in-class standard in asset and development management across the group to deliver investor objectives whilst generating social and environmental impact.
He joined Redevco in January 2022 as Portfolio Director UK with over 30 years prior real estate experience across occupier, agency, investment, and developer environments. He became Head of Global Asset and Development Management in November 2022.
Filip de Bois
Portfolio Director BESince 2013 Filip is managing the Belgian assets as Portfolio Director together with a team of 37 professionals, specialised in Asset, Project & Development Management and Marketing. He started his career as a property manager within the Belgian distribution Group GIB, and set up the new real estate company Gibimmo in 1997 together with the GIB management. Since Gibimmo was acquired by Redevco in 2001, the team has (re)developed more than 50 commercial sites in Belgium which equals approximately 600,000m², creating considerable value for the community and the portfolio’s investor clients.
Since 2016, Filip is also President of the BLSC, Belgian and Luxemburg Association for retail and shopping places. Filip holds a Master in Law agree from the Antwerp University and different post master management degrees from the Vlerick Business School Ghent-Leuven, and IMD Lausanne.
Rowan Verwoerd
MD/Head of Portfolio Management DACHRowan Verwoerd was appointed MD/Head of Portfolio Management DACH, leading the Hamburg office on January 1st, 2024. Before he was appointed Portfolio Director for Redevco Germany in 2018. His role was extended to oversee the entire DACH region, when Austria and Switzerland were added in 2021.
This was followed by the roles of Property Manager and Senior Project Manager. Between 2011 and 2017 Rowan worked for C&A China as Real Estate Director.

In total Rowan has over 19 years of experience in real estate. Rowan holds a Master in Economics from the University of Tilburg and a postgraduate Master in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam.
Cécile Pouzadoux
Portfolio Director FRCécile Pouzadoux has been appointed Portfolio Director for the French market since January 2022. Cécile joined Redevco in 2017 in the French finance team and was appointed Financial Director in 2018. Cécile is in charge of redeveloping and managing a high-quality portfolio in France with key assets like Promenade Sainte Catherine in Bordeaux, Le 31 in Lille, Espace du Palais in Rouen and iconic Parisian properties.
Prior to these roles within Redevco, Cécile was financial auditor at EY (2000-2017). Cécile has over 15 years of experience in real estate from financial to operational areas. Cécile is graduated from a French Business School and is also graduated as chartered accountant and auditor in France.
Jordi Soriano
Portfolio Director ESJordi Soriano joined Redevco in 2012 as Portfolio Manager based in Madrid. In 2015 he was appointed Portfolio Director for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. During the last few years he has been involved in the first Redevco Joint Venture in renowned projects as Mercado de San Miguel or Parque Corredor SC.
Jordi began his career in the retail industry (Nike, Consum) and then worked for 10 years on different roles in the shopping center industry in Spain (Metrovacesa, Gentalia). In total Jordi has more than 21 years of experience in real estate.
Jordi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona) and an Executive MBA from IESE (Madrid).
Chris Baker
Portfolio Director UKChris Baker joined Redevco in August 2021, and was appointed Portfoilo Director for the UK in September 2023. Chris leads the UK portfolio team, which is responsible for asset management, property management, project management and development on behalf of Redevco’s clients across the United Kingdom. Chris believes in putting people and purpose at the heart of any real estate project, with environmental and social responsibility key to making mixed use places for the future.
Chris joined Redevco as an Asset Manager, and prior to this worked at intu plc, in asset management and then as Head of Partnerships – working on strategic thinking for major shopping centres and running key customer accounts for major commercial occupiers. Chris also spent 10 years as a real estate agent in the UK, working at Cushman & Wakefield and niche practice GCW.
Clemens Brenninkmeijer
Head of SustainabilityClemens joined Redevco in 2001 and has worked in various functions in the UK, Belgium, Turkey and the Netherlands, latterly as Managing Director Netherlands from 2010-2019. Currently, Clemens is Head of Sustainability and is passionate about delivering positive impact on people and the planet through the built environment. He spearheaded Redevco’s formulation of its “Mission 2040”: the ambition to work towards a net zero carbon portfolio by 2040. Circularity, biodiversity, DE&I and social value are the other main topics of attention to drive Redevco’s ESG agenda
In addition to his work responsibilities, Clemens is a Board member of the Redevco Foundation, facilitating employee philanthropy, and supporting initiatives that aim to accelerate the understanding of and the transition to a low carbon, circular and sustainable built environment. He is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and participates on ULI’s C Change SteerCo to help shape the research and knowledge-sharing agenda for this important decarbonisation initiative for the built environment.
Clemens holds a BA in Economics from Duke University in the USA, a MRE degree from the University of Antwerp and has attended several management and leadership courses at Harvard Business School, IMD and the Wharton School of Business.
Oliver Herrmann
PartnerOliver Herrmann is co-founder of Redevco Capital Partners.
Oliver has a long track record in the real estate industry. He was the founder of redos real estate, one of the leading retail investment and asset management platforms in Germany, which Redevco acquired in 2022. Following the successful integration of redos into the Redevco platform, Oliver is a Strategic Advisor to Redevco a member of the Advisory Board of Redevco DACH.
Oliver is a specialist in complex property and portfolio transactions across all risk classes and has invested, managed and divested more than €10 billion since 1990.
Mark Beaumont
Managing DirectorMark Beaumont joined Redevco Capital Partners in 2024 as Managing Director based in London. Mark is responsible for Redevco Capital Partner’s investment activities in UK and Europe.
Mark has two decades of experience in real estate investment, fund management and financing, executing over £4 billion of real estate transactions in the UK and Europe across the capital structure.
Prior to Redevco, Mark founded a London real estate investment manager, implementing an urban value-add strategy with £500 million residential GDV upside.
Previously, Mark was UK Head and Managing Director at FREO Group, a German investment manager, where he was responsible for all UK real estate operations and expanding the firm’s international footprint.
Mark was previously a Director at Rockpoint Group, a private equity firm where he was responsible for UK and European investment and asset management activities. Mark formerly worked in Lehman Brothers’ real estate lending group and started his career at a real estate advisory company, where he became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.”
Paul Kracke
DirectorPaul Kracke joined Redevco Capital Partners in 2024 as Director based in Hamburg.
Paul has been part of Redevco since 2022, working for the European business development department, contributing to organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Redevco, Paul worked for redos, one of the leading retail investment and asset management platforms in Germany, in the business development and transaction team. Earlier in his career, Paul worked as an internal consultant in the trading industry in Germany, Mexico, China and Argentina.
Paul holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) and a MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Groningen.
Boris de Mulder
DirectorBoris De Mulder joined Redevco Capital Partners in 2024 as Director based in London. Boris has been part of Redevco since 2016, contributing to various roles in real estate asset transactions, investment management and strategic real estate corporate M&A in Europe.
Before joining Redevco, Boris worked in the Corporate Finance advisory team of Deloitte Real Estate for 3 years, based out of Brussels.
Boris holds a BSc and MSc in Business Economics from the University of Brussels (Solvay Business School) and a Postgraduate in Real Estate from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). Additionally, he has successfully passed Level II of the CFA program.
