Our transaction team uses a global approach combined with local expertise to maximise sourcing opportunities, as they mix insightful analysis with robust underwriting capabilities and execution power.

Redevco has a clear strategy in place for each client and mandate. This helps our deal team secure products that perfectly match client demand in an increasingly competitive investment market. Our sourcing activities focus on accessing and delivering off-market deals and negotiating the best possible terms to fulfil our investor clients’ requirements
Selling to maximise portfolio performance
Redevco’s transaction team works closely with our in-house research department and respective fund directors. Together, they conduct in-depth hold and sell analysis for each of the assets that we manage, using this information to prepare clear exit strategies. Our continuous market presence provides our transaction teams with access to a wide network of potential buyers across the investor spectrum. We also have national and European sales experience at individual asset and portfolio transaction levels.

Adam Starr
Head of Global Transaction Management, MT MemberAdam Starr joined Redevco UK as Portfolio Manager in 2002 and became UK Investment Director in 2007. In 2011 Adam was appointed Managing Director for Redevco Central and Eastern Europe based in Vienna, before returning to the UK in 2013 as UK Managing Director. Adam was appointed Head of Global Transaction Management in February 2020. Adam is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Prior to joining Redevco Adam was a Partner in the West End Business Team of Strutt & Parker (1996 – 2002). In total Adam has more than 26 years of experience in real estate. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth.
