Transitional lending across asset classes in Europe

Richard has over 17 years experience in real estate lending across European and Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining Redevco, he was Managing Director in LaSalle Investment Management’s Debt Investments business & fund manager for their European Whole Loan strategies. He has previously held senior roles in real estate lending across both US & European banks.

Meera joined Redevco in January 2026 to help oversee loan portfolio management across Redevco’s real estate debt activities, covering both the firm’s lending portfolio and the borrowing activities of its equity mandates, while supporting the continued growth of its real estate debt and levered strategies across Europe.

Before Redevco, Meera worked in CBRE Investment Management’s real estate debt business, where she focused on loan portfolio management and complex real estate financings. Prior to this, she held senior roles at a number of leading financial institutions, including Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, HBOS, Bear Stearns and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, deal execution, portfolio management, and restructuring across various asset classes.

Rosalind is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Debt team since April 2025, supporting the sourcing, underwriting and execution of loan transactions. Prior to joining Redevco, Rosalind worked at PGIM’s European Debt Investments business, where she focused on high-yield credit strategies and supported the deployment of their PRECap Fund series across European markets. She began her career at Wells Fargo in the commercial real estate team. Rosalind holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Sasha Silver joined Redevco as Head of Global Client Group in January 2024. She is responsible for capital raising and client relations, working closely with the senior leadership to develop the company’s product offerings and external strategic partnerships. She is a member of the leadership team.

Sasha has over 20 years’ experience in capital formation and real estate advisory. Previously Sasha was a Senior Partner and Head of Client Development at Tristan Capital Partners, a European real estate private equity firm, where she led global client relations for over eight years and oversaw both equity and debt product development and fundraises closing c.€9 bn in institutional investor commitments.

Prior to Tristan, she had a 14-year career with Credit Suisse in investment banking and asset management, where she was responsible for executing over €12 bn in advisory and capital raising transactions across Europe. Within the CS Private Fund Group, a global placement agent, she led European real estate mandates and marketing coordination for five years.

Earlier in her career she worked with the Smithsonian Institution. A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Silver completed graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA) and Yale School of the Environment (MF) and received her BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Alice is a Director in the Global Client Group, having joined Redevco in 2024. She has a comprehensive role within the team, supporting capital raising and client relations for the firm, through fund establishment and fundraising. Alice was previously an Executive Director at Tristan Capital Partners, a pan-European real estate investment manager, raising capital for core+, value-add and debt products. She started her career at Rothschild & Co in the real estate investment banking team.
