Redevco’s Graduate Programme

In September 2025 I joined Redevco as a Graduate Trainee and started with the Global Client Group in London. I completed my undergraduate studies in the US at the University of Maryland, where I majored in Business and minored in Real Estate Development. I recently graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School at City, University of London, which ultimately led me to this role at Redevco.

What I hope to learn during my 2-year rotation? I would like to deepen my underwriting expertise across debt, equity, and fund models. Learning the nuances of each structure and how they’re applied in different market contexts will be very useful as I enhance my understanding of Redevco’s strategy. I’m interested in working with different country teams to see how underwriting decisions shape investment outcomes and risk profiles across regions. I hope to build a strong pan-European foundation that I can carry forward in my career at Redevco after the programme.

Interesting experience in my first few weeks here? I recently toured the debt team’s City of London office investment. We were guided through the recently demolished space by the development managers at Simten, which was very interesting—especially from a sustainability perspective. It was great to see how they are reusing materials on-site, with Simten walking us through the details and pointing out specific elements being repurposed. It brought the strategy to life in a very tangible way.

Together with three others I joined Redevco as Graduate Trainee in September 2025. My first rotation is with the Investment Management team in Amsterdam. 

How did I end up in Real Estate? I studied Hospitality Management in Lausanne, Switzerland, originally aiming to work in event planning, my dream was to organise tennis tournaments all around the world for the ATP. But COVID-19 hit right when I was looking for internships, so I pivoted and landed in hotel asset management. But I really took an interest in real estate, and one thing led to another, I continued specialising in Real Estate and went on to do a finance master’s in Paris.

What I hope to learn during my 2-year rotation? Being part of Veronica’s Investment Management team feels a bit like sitting in a control tower, you get a view of everything, but you also need to know about everything. I want to get better at switching between different topics and teams, managing multiple issues at once, and keeping a clear overview without losing the details. That ability to juggle and stay sharp is a skill I really want to build.
