Neil Slater joined the company as CEO of Redevco in October 2023. Neil is also Co-CIO and chairing Redevco’s Investment Committee. He joined from abrdn where, as Global Head of Real Assets & Global Head of Real Estate, he led one of Europe’s largest real assets businesses. Neil was previously the Chief Executive Officer & Representative Director of abrdn’s Japanese business, moving to Tokyo in summer 2015 to open and build out an investment management business.
Neil joined Standard Life Investments (SLI) in 2011, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for product structuring, tax, legal and cross asset debt financing. Neil developed and fund managed SLI Real Estate’s investor loan platform and had responsibility for circa GBP 600m of capital across mandates.
Previously, Neil spent over 6 years in Switzerland with Man Group where he had responsibility for a multi-billion USD debt book in addition to leading the team structuring Man’s equity derivative products & OTC derivatives, fund financing and custodial structures. Neil was responsible for the commercial creation of various alternative assets funds, structuring solutions and delivered to market single and multi-strategy global and regional alternative asset products for the Asian, Middle Eastern and South American markets.
Neil is an English qualified solicitor. Neil received his MBA (Finance) with distinction from Manchester Business School in January 2007 and has a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University (1999). Neil completed MIT’s Advanced Management Programme in February 2019.

Séverine has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before joining Redevco as Head of Asset & Transaction Management, Séverine was Co-Head Portfolio Manager at Barings Real Estate Advisers, where she was responsible for a €2.7 billion pan-European fund spanning eight markets and all asset classes.
She also served as Managing Director and Country Head France, having successfully launched Barings’ French platform in 2015. Her career includes senior roles at Standard Life Investments and LaSalle Investment Management, where she led complex transactions and developed fund strategies across Europe. She was a member of Barings’ European Investment Committee and actively engaged in industry networks. Fluent in French and English, she holds degrees in political science, urban planning, and property law and economics, and is an active member of the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier.

Ton van de Grampel joined Redevco as HR Director in 2014. In 2015 he was appointed to the Redevco Board as CHRO, now Chief People Officer, responsible for all HR related business and making sure that the Redevco platform is set up with the right capabilities.
Prior to joining Redevco, Ton was responsible for Human Resources at C&A Brazil from 2008 to 2012 and Human Resources & Internal Communications at C&A Europe from 2012 until he joined Redevco.
Prior to these roles within COFRA group, Ton worked in various management and HR positions at ABN Amro Bank in The Netherlands and Hong Kong, Korn/Ferry International in The Netherlands and ING Group in The Netherlands and Canada.
Ton holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from the University of Leiden in The Netherlands.

Manolito van Ardenne started in the company as Business Controller after which he became Group Controller in 2011. From 2013 onwards Manolito played an important role in preparing Redevco to work with external mandates resulting in the first joint venture in 2015. In 2014, Manolito became Managing Director Fund Management and Fund Director. He joined the Board as CFO in 2019.
In his role as CFO Manolito is also responsible for for the functions Finance, IT & Information Management, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Finance, Tax and Project Portfolio Management. Manolito is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.
Before he joined Redevco Manolito was working at KPMG Business Advisory Services as Financial & Restructuring Advisor. Manolito holds a Master of Economics from the University of Groningen and an Executive Master in Finance & Control from the Business University of Nyenrode.

Sasha Silver joined Redevco as Head of Global Client Group in January 2024. She is responsible for capital raising and client relations, working closely with the senior leadership to develop the company’s product offerings and external strategic partnerships. She is a member of the leadership team.
Sasha has over 20 years’ experience in capital formation and real estate advisory. Previously Sasha was a Senior Partner and Head of Client Development at Tristan Capital Partners, a European real estate private equity firm, where she led global client relations for over eight years and oversaw both equity and debt product development and fundraises closing c.€9 bn in institutional investor commitments.
Prior to Tristan, she had a 14-year career with Credit Suisse in investment banking and asset management, where she was responsible for executing over €12 bn in advisory and capital raising transactions across Europe. Within the CS Private Fund Group, a global placement agent, she led European real estate mandates and marketing coordination for five years.
Earlier in her career she worked with the Smithsonian Institution. A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Silver completed graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA) and Yale School of the Environment (MF) and received her BA in Economics from Princeton University.

In July 2024, Veronica Gallo-Alvarez joins Redevco as Head of Investment Management and Co-CIO in Redevco’s Investment Committee. She is responsible for all investment management activities, including transaction management and research &strategy. She is member of the leadership team.
Veronica has 26 years of experience in Continental European Real Estate having been involved in fund management, acquisitions, asset management, research, and strategy.
Veronica joined from abrdn where she was Head of Core European Funds. where she was overseeing the multi-sector strategies investing in commercial pan-European real estate Previously, she was Deputy Head of Core Plus Funds at abrdn with responsibility over several core plus strategies across UK and Europe.
Veronica joined Standard Life Investments (SLI) in Paris as Deputy Fund Manager in 2012 to provide senior assistance to manage SLI European Property Growth Fund, becoming its Fund Manager in 2014. Since joining SLI, Veronica conducted a full repositioning of the portfolios to bring the fund to performance. In addition, she played a significant role in growing SLI European real estate portfolio and actively participated in the development of SLI’s approx. €2.5bn value-add strategies.
Prior to joining SLI, Veronica was responsible for managing a Pan-European Real Estate Fund for Clerical Medical (Lloyds Banking Group) from 2007, initially as Director, European Property in Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited in London and subsequently, as Investment Director of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership based in Edinburgh. Veronica was a key element in building up the European business of Invista being actively involved in their acquisition programme as well as the asset management of its portfolio since 2005. Prior to Invista, she was a Vice-President at Harbert Management Corporation based in London, where she was involved in acquisitions and asset management of the Continental European portfolio with a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies over 5 years. Previously, she was an Analyst at the research team in Security Capital in Brussels.
She has a Degree in Economics by Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) and a MA in Economics by the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).
