Redevco Graduate Traineeship 2026

We are excited to open our Graduate Traineeship for 2026, a two-year rotational programme designed to provide in-depth knowledge across a wide variety of critical business areas within the full real estate investment management lifecycle.

During these 2 years you will typically complete 3 to 4 rotations across various departments that operate from different European office locations of Redevco. These departments include:

• Investment Management
• Transaction Management (equity & debt)
• Capital Raising & Client Relations
• Asset & Development management
• Market Research
• Logistics

This program is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to join a growing company at an exciting time whilst developing a broad skill set across both the investment and operational sides of our business; all key ingredients for building a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate investment management at our company.

You will benefit from hands-on learning and development opportunities by working alongside an experienced team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. This will be supplemented by classroom-based training throughout the two-year program, provided both by internal Redevco colleagues and external trainers.

Additionally, a mentor will follow and support your professional development throughout the program.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or other related / quantitative field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Passion for real estate / the built environment. Strong interest in further developing financial modelling skills both on the job as well as during dedicated training session

Attributes

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn . Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience: Previous internships or work experience in real estate, finance, or related industries is a plus but not required.
• Languages: Fluency in English is a pre-requisite with mastery of other European languages not required, but certainly a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations. Participate in property site visits and market tours.
• Assist in the preparation of investor reports and fund performance analysis
• Support asset managers in day-to-day property management activities.
• Collaborate with development teams on project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders and keep track of market trends.
