GERMANY - BERLIN, ALEXANDERPLATZ
At the foot of Berlin’s TV tower in the vibrant neighbourhood of Alexanderplatz, one of the busiest retail locations in the capital, ALEA 101 is being created. When it is completed in the spring of 2014 ALEA 101 will be a commercial and residential building in a class of its own.
The Seine Rivoli project is located in the heart of Paris and enjoys all the advantages of being in a district that combines tourism, culture and business. Situated between rue de Bourdonnais, rue de Rivoli and rue de Bertin Poirée, Seine Rivoli comprises four buildings dating from the 18th and 19th century.
United Kingdom- Edinburgh: Princes Street
REDEVCO UK has successfully completed the redevelopment of 33-41 Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh. The building was redeveloped on the site of the former C&A and Burberry's department stores. REDEVCO UK recently secured the letting of the remaining retail unit.

France-Bordeaux: Place Sainte Catherine
In the historic city centre of Bordeaux, a UNESCO heritage site, Redevco has bold plans to create a haven of life. This large-scale urban project, covering 17,000 sq. m., involves transforming an abandoned industrial site into a pleasant pedestrian district where life is organised around retail, leisure and housing.
Germany- Berlin: "ALEA 101", Alexanderplatz
Berlin Alexanderplatz – located in the historic centre of the German capital in close proximity to many of the city's sights, a major traffic hub, and recently transformed into one of Berlin's top retail sites with a new urban chic. A development of approx 19,000 sq. m. right next to the Berlin television tower.
