Transaction Analyst NL

The role

As an Analyst in the Transactions Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full acquisition and disposal process of real estate assets in the Netherlands. You’ll deliver in-depth analyses, monitor transaction workflows, prepare investment proposals and contribute to due diligence processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Transaction Management team in real estate transactions of various types (acquisitions and disposals)
• Gather market intelligence and conduct market analyses
• Track new investment opportunities
• Review property documentation and analyse macro and micro trends
• Prepare comparative reports and analyse key real estate drivers such as rental levels, growth expectations, cost forecasts, and operating expenses
• Perform financial analyses and build cash flow models as part of the business case process
• Prepare internal documents such as quick scans and investment/divestment proposals
• Contribute to the drafting of bids, Letters of Intent (LOI’s) and other transaction-related documents
• Coordinate due diligence processes: liaise with external parties, collect data, assess findings, and compile summaries
• Monitor critical deadlines throughout the transaction process
• Support local implementation of transactions, including process standardization and quality assurance

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate or transactions
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset
• Excellent command of Excel
• Experience interpreting real estate data and presenting insights
• Ability to make complex data understandable
• Strong organizational skills and resilience under deadline pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Willingness to learn and openness to new perspectives
