Rokin

1705 amsterdam 001

This beautiful property called the “Leesmuseum”, offers a unique retail space on the Rokin, in the midst of Amsterdam. The hip and happening Rokin retail street runs south from Amsterdam’s central Dam square and parallel to the city’s busiest shopping street, Kalverstraat.

The historical building is home to Fashion for Good, the platform for sustainable innovation in the fashion industry. It has the world’s first interactive museum for sustainable fashion innovation on the lower floors and their offices on the upper floors.

Together with our tenant we are currently doing a pilot to get a better understanding of the water usage in this building, analyse it with the aim to identify where we can improve our water consumption. More about this on our sustainability platform.
