
Thierry Cahierre
COO Real Estate, LT and IC memberThierry Cahierre joined Redevco in 2011 as Managing Director Redevco France based in Paris. He was appointed COO Real Estate in 2024 and is responsible for all asset & development management activities in the Redevco group, as well as for the company’s sustainability operations.
In 2021 he was appointed Co-head Client & Fund Management and Fund Director for the portfolios of one of Redevco’s key clients, where he responsible for the execution of the transformation and diversification strategy of the proprietary portfolio and further developing the strategic scope for the Client & Fund Management team. Thierry is a member of Redevco’s Leadership Team and Investment Committee.
Thierry began his career as a Works Engineer for Bouygues S.A. before moving into financial planning, working on social initiatives managed by the Caisse des Dépôts. He was later appointed Programme Director at APSYS France, then crossed over to the world of big-name brands as Technical Director and subsequently Real Estate Director of the FNAC Group.

Chris Fleetwood
Deputy COO Real EstateChris Fleetwood was appointed Deputy COO Real Estate in April 2024. He is responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent and best-in-class standard in asset and development management across the group to deliver investor objectives whilst generating social and environmental impact.
He joined Redevco in January 2022 as Portfolio Director UK with over 30 years prior real estate experience across occupier, agency, investment, and developer environments. He became Head of Global Asset and Development Management in November 2022.

Cécile Pouzadoux
Portfolio Director FRCécile Pouzadoux has been appointed Portfolio Director for the French market since January 2022. Cécile joined Redevco in 2017 in the French finance team and was appointed Financial Director in 2018. Cécile is in charge of redeveloping and managing a high-quality portfolio in France with key assets like Promenade Sainte Catherine in Bordeaux, Le 31 in Lille, Espace du Palais in Rouen and iconic Parisian properties.
Prior to these roles within Redevco, Cécile was financial auditor at EY (2000-2017). Cécile has over 15 years of experience in real estate from financial to operational areas. Cécile is graduated from a French Business School and is also graduated as chartered accountant and auditor in France.

Filip de Bois
Portfolio Director BE & NLSince 2013 Filip is managing the Belgian assets as Portfolio Director together with a team of 37 professionals, specialised in Asset, Project & Development Management.
He started his career as a property manager within the Belgian distribution Group GIB, and set up the new real estate company Gibimmo in 1997 together with the GIB management. Since Gibimmo was acquired by Redevco in 2001, the team has (re)developed more than 50 commercial sites in Belgium which equals approximately 600,000m², creating considerable value for the community and the portfolio’s investor clients. In 2024 Filip also became responsible for the Dutch retail assets with the Dutch commercial team.
Since 2016, Filip is also President of the BLSC, Belgian and Luxemburg Association for retail and shopping places. Filip holds a Master in Law agree from the Antwerp University and different post master management degrees from the Vlerick Business School Ghent-Leuven, and IMD Lausanne.

Jordi Soriano
Portfolio Director ESJordi Soriano joined Redevco in 2012 as Portfolio Manager based in Madrid. In 2015 he was appointed Portfolio Director for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. During the last few years he has been involved in the first Redevco Joint Venture in renowned projects as Mercado de San Miguel or Parque Corredor SC.
Jordi began his career in the retail industry (Nike, Consum) and then worked for 10 years on different roles in the shopping center industry in Spain (Metrovacesa, Gentalia). In total Jordi has more than 21 years of experience in real estate.
Jordi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona) and an Executive MBA from IESE (Madrid).

Rowan Verwoerd
MD/Head of Portfolio Management DACHOn January 1st, 2024, Rowan Verwoerd was appointed MD/Head of Portfolio Management DACH, responsible for all asset and development management activities in the region. In addition, he leads our operations in the Hamburg office. Prior to this, Rowan was Portfolio Director for Redevco Germany.
He held various other roles at Redevco, after joining Redevco Netherlands in 2004. Between 2011 and 2017 Rowan worked for C&A China as Real Estate Director.
Before these roles within COFRA Group, Rowan was a tax advisor at Loyens & Loeff. In total Rowan has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Rowan holds a Master in Economics from the University of Tilburg and a postgraduate Master in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam.

Deborah Green
Portfolio Director UKDeborah Green joined Redevco as Portfolio Director in December 2024. Deborah is responsible for overseeing the UK portfolio which includes office, retail, living and the newly acquired retail park portfolio.
Deborah has held previous roles at Oxford Properties, British Land and Hammerson and has over 20 years’ experience across a variety of asset classes including office, retail and life sciences. She is experienced in curating the retail, leisure and F&B mix of new developments and the regeneration of mature assets.

Clemens Brenninkmeijer
Head of SustainabilityClemens joined Redevco in 2001 and has worked in various functions in the UK, Belgium, Turkey and the Netherlands, latterly as Managing Director Netherlands from 2010-2019. Currently, Clemens is Head of Sustainability and is passionate about delivering positive impact on people and the planet through the built environment.
He spearheaded Redevco’s formulation of its “Mission 2040”: the ambition to work towards a net zero carbon portfolio by 2040. Circularity, biodiversity, DE&I and social value are the other main topics of attention to drive Redevco’s ESG agenda.
In addition to his work responsibilities, Clemens is a Board member of the Redevco Foundation, facilitating employee philanthropy, and supporting initiatives that aim to accelerate the understanding of and the transition to a low carbon, circular and sustainable built environment. He is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and participates on ULI’s C Change SteerCo to help shape the research and knowledge-sharing agenda for this important decarbonisation initiative for the built environment.
Clemens holds a BA in Economics from Duke University in the USA, a MRE degree from the University of Antwerp and has attended several management and leadership courses at Harvard Business School, IMD and the Wharton School of Business.
