Neil Slater joined the company as CEO of Redevco in October 2023. Neil is also Co-CIO and chairing Redevco’s Investment Committee. He joined from abrdn where, as Global Head of Real Assets & Global Head of Real Estate, he led one of Europe’s largest real assets businesses. Neil was previously the Chief Executive Officer & Representative Director of abrdn’s Japanese business, moving to Tokyo in summer 2015 to open and build out an investment management business.

Neil joined Standard Life Investments (SLI) in 2011, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for product structuring, tax, legal and cross asset debt financing. Neil developed and fund managed SLI Real Estate’s investor loan platform and had responsibility for circa GBP 600m of capital across mandates.

Previously, Neil spent over 6 years in Switzerland with Man Group where he had responsibility for a multi-billion USD debt book in addition to leading the team structuring Man’s equity derivative products & OTC derivatives, fund financing and custodial structures. Neil was responsible for the commercial creation of various alternative assets funds, structuring solutions and delivered to market single and multi-strategy global and regional alternative asset products for the Asian, Middle Eastern and South American markets.

Neil is an English qualified solicitor. Neil received his MBA (Finance) with distinction from Manchester Business School in January 2007 and has a Master’s degree from St. Andrews University (1999). Neil completed MIT’s Advanced Management Programme in February 2019.

Manolito van Ardenne started in the company as Business Controller after which he became Group Controller in 2011. From 2013 onwards Manolito played an important role in preparing Redevco to work with external mandates resulting in the first joint venture in 2015. In 2014, Manolito became Managing Director Fund Management and Fund Director. He joined the Board as CFO in 2019.

In his role as CFO Manolito is also responsible for for the functions Finance, IT & Information Management, Governance Risk & Compliance, Corporate Finance, Tax and Project Portfolio Management. Manolito is also a member of Redevco’s Investment Committees for Retail as well as Residential real estate.

Before he joined Redevco Manolito was working at KPMG Business Advisory Services as Financial & Restructuring Advisor. Manolito holds a Master of Economics from the University of Groningen and an Executive Master in Finance & Control from the Business University of Nyenrode.

Sasha Silver joined Redevco as Head of Global Client Group in January 2024. She is responsible for capital raising and client relations, working closely with the senior leadership to develop the company’s product offerings and external strategic partnerships. She is a member of the leadership team.

Sasha has over 20 years’ experience in capital formation and real estate advisory. Previously Sasha was a Senior Partner and Head of Client Development at Tristan Capital Partners, a European real estate private equity firm, where she led global client relations for over eight years and oversaw both equity and debt product development and fundraises closing c.€9 bn in institutional investor commitments.

Prior to Tristan, she had a 14-year career with Credit Suisse in investment banking and asset management, where she was responsible for executing over €12 bn in advisory and capital raising transactions across Europe. Within the CS Private Fund Group, a global placement agent, she led European real estate mandates and marketing coordination for five years.

Earlier in her career she worked with the Smithsonian Institution. A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Silver completed graduate studies at the Yale School of Management (MBA) and Yale School of the Environment (MF) and received her BA in Economics from Princeton University.

Séverine has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Before joining Redevco as Head of Asset & Transaction Management, Séverine was Co-Head Portfolio Manager at Barings Real Estate Advisers, where she was responsible for a €2.7 billion pan-European fund spanning eight markets and all asset classes.

She also served as Managing Director and Country Head France, having successfully launched Barings’ French platform in 2015. Her career includes senior roles at Standard Life Investments and LaSalle Investment Management, where she led complex transactions and developed fund strategies across Europe. She was a member of Barings’ European Investment Committee and actively engaged in industry networks. Fluent in French and English, she holds degrees in political science, urban planning, and property law and economics, and is an active member of the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier.

In July 2024, Veronica Gallo-Alvarez joins Redevco as Head of Investment Management and Co-CIO in Redevco’s Investment Committee. She is responsible for all investment management activities, including transaction management and research &strategy. She is member of the leadership team.

Veronica has 26 years of experience in Continental European Real Estate having been involved in fund management, acquisitions, asset management, research, and strategy.

Veronica joined from abrdn where she was Head of Core European Funds. where she was overseeing the multi-sector strategies investing in commercial pan-European real estate Previously, she was Deputy Head of Core Plus Funds at abrdn with responsibility over several core plus strategies across UK and Europe.

Veronica joined Standard Life Investments (SLI) in Paris as Deputy Fund Manager in 2012 to provide senior assistance to manage SLI European Property Growth Fund, becoming its Fund Manager in 2014. Since joining SLI, Veronica conducted a full repositioning of the portfolios to bring the fund to performance. In addition, she played a significant role in growing SLI European real estate portfolio and actively participated in the development of SLI’s approx. €2.5bn value-add strategies.

Prior to joining SLI, Veronica was responsible for managing a Pan-European Real Estate Fund for Clerical Medical (Lloyds Banking Group) from 2007, initially as Director, European Property in Invista Real Estate Investment Management Limited in London and subsequently, as Investment Director of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership based in Edinburgh. Veronica was a key element in building up the European business of Invista being actively involved in their acquisition programme as well as the asset management of its portfolio since 2005. Prior to Invista, she was a Vice-President at Harbert Management Corporation based in London, where she was involved in acquisitions and asset management of the Continental European portfolio with a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies over 5 years. Previously, she was an Analyst at the research team in Security Capital in Brussels.

She has a Degree in Economics by Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) and a MA in Economics by the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).

Patrick Brenninkmeijer joined Redevco Spain and Portugal in 2006. In 2008, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager in Central and Eastern Europe, and was based out of Vienna, Austria.

From 2010 through 2013, Patrick worked at Redevco’s sister company C&A in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2014 Patrick returned to Redevco as Portfolio Director for CEE, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Patrick joined Fund Management in 2018 as Director of the newly established residential business, and Redevco’s PropTech activities. Patrick was subsequently appointed as Director of Business Development in 2020.

Prior to joining Redevco Patrick worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking team in NYC. In total Patrick has more than 19 years of experience in real estate. Patrick holds a BSc degree in Science and Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a MSc in Real Estate from IE.

Alice is a Director in the Global Client Group, having joined Redevco in 2024. She has a comprehensive role within the team, supporting capital raising and client relations for the firm, through fund establishment and fundraising. Alice was previously an Executive Director at Tristan Capital Partners, a pan-European real estate investment manager, raising capital for core+, value-add and debt products. She started her career at Rothschild & Co in the real estate investment banking team.

Alexandra Prendiville is an Associate in the Global Client Group at Redevco. She joined in September 2024 to support the capital raising and client relations for the firm. Alexandra previously worked for six years at Dexus, an Australian based investment manager focused on real estate and infrastructure investment on behalf of third-party capital across Australasia. At Dexus, she worked in Strategy and Corporate Transactions, responsible for corporate and fund mergers and acquisitions, strategic fundraising activities and re-setting the group strategy.

Alexandra has a Bachelor’s double degree in Biotechnology and Business (Finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Priscilla Tomasoa joined Redevco as Head of PR & Communications in January 2013 and was appointed Head of Marketing & Communications in April 2024. She oversees global in- and external communications strategies, including branding, media relations, and sustainability positioning, playing a pivotal role in the company’s transformation and growth strategy.

Previously, she held senior communications roles at Deutsche Telekom, is a leading global telecommunications company headquartered in Bonn, Germany, where she successfully managed European transformation programs and established a strong corporate reputation for innovation. At T-Mobile Netherlands, one of Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiaries at the time, Priscilla led corporate communications during a major merger and positioned the company as a market leader in mobile internet, also developing its corporate social responsibility strategy.

She studied Communications at the University of Amsterdam with a specialisation in Information Studies has completed advanced leadership and strategic communication programs at renowned institutions like the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Nyenrode Business University and IMD in Lausanne.

Israel Casanova Lafuente is the Investment Director at Redevco, and a member of the company’s Investment Committee. He began his journey with Redevco in 2005 as Portfolio Manager for Spain & Portugal, later becoming Portfolio Director in 2009. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director for the region and Head of Transaction Management in 2024. Israel played a key role in Redevco’s first joint venture with an external mandate in 2015, and since 2021, he has helped lead Redevco’s transaction teams. His current role, assumed in April 2024, places him at the helm of transaction management across the company. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville, and has completed executive development programs at IESE Business School and London Business School.

Hannah Evans joined Redevco in 2018 as an Investment Manager working on the proprietary portfolio. In 2021, she was appointed Investment Director responsible for several JVs with third party capital. She currently oversees the execution of a selection of Redevco’s retail and hospitality mandates across Europe.

Prior to joining Redevco in Amsterdam, Hannah was previously based in London working in real estate valuations and transactions advisory roles for the UK and European markets. She received a Distinction in her MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and holds a First Class BA from Nottingham University.

Chris Fleetwood was appointed Chief Operating and Sustainability Officer in August 2025. He is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of real estate operations, whilst leading and integrating Redevco’s environmental and social initiatives and mission across the organisation. This includes creating and maintaining a consistent and best-in-class standard in asset and development management across the platform to deliver investor objectives.

He joined Redevco in January 2022 as Portfolio Director UK with over 30 years prior real estate experience across occupier, agency, investment, and developer environments. He became Head of UK in September 2022, Head of Global Asset and Development Management in November 2022, and Deputy COO Real Estate in April 2024. Chris is a member of the ULI (Europe) Urban Regeneration Council.

Hugh joined Redevco as Head of Logistics in September 2025, following the acquisition of Roebuck, which he jointly led since its inception in 2009. Having transacted in excess of €3.25bn within the Logistics Sector, Hugh is an expert at what he does. He has extensive knowledge of and key relationships with investors, occupiers, developers and lenders.

Pre-Roebuck, Hugh worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Logistics Capital Markets team advising a variety of institutional clients on buy/sell investment and development opportunities.

Alejandro Monge joined Redevco as a Transaction Director for Iberian Peninsula in May 2023. Since then, he is responsible for all transaction activities in Spain and Portugal, working closely with the asset management team and the finance team to efficiently integrate the acquisitions into the company.

Alejandro has over 30 years of experience in real estate, and he has developed his professional career in property management, asset management and acquisitions acquiring a good understanding of the entire real estate cycle.

Prior to joining Redevco he was Director of Acquisitions for the Iberian Peninsula in Invesco, before that an asset manager in Unibail-Rodamco and started his professional career in the property management department of CBRE.

After previous experiences in the retail sector, Benoît joined Redevco in 2017 as a Development Manager and became Transaction Manager in 2020 for Belgium and Luxemburg. Since 2023, Benoît is also responsible for all transactions in France.

Fleur joined Redevco in 2021 as Transaction Manager for the Netherlands. In her role she is responsible for all real estate investments and divestments within the Netherlands and brings over 25 years of experience in both commercial- and residential real estate.

Previously, Fleur held positions at Asset Manager Merin in Amsterdam, where she was involved in asset management and redevelopment projects. She also worked for Investment Manager Bouwinvest in Amsterdam as Acquisition Manager for their Healthcare Fund. And earlier in her career, she served as real estate consultant for DTZ Zadelhoff in Amsterdam (now Cushman & Wakefield).

Fleur holds a master’s degree in Dutch Civil Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands and has completed additional studies in real estate, including a degree in real estate development. She is also a co-founder of a foundation promoting diversity in real estate and is an active member of the Women in Real Estate network in Amsterdam.

Cécile is in charge of redeveloping and managing a high-quality portfolio in France with key assets like Promenade Sainte Catherine in Bordeaux and iconic Parisian properties such as BPM on Rue de Rivoli. Cécile joined Redevco in 2017 in the French finance team and was appointed Financial Director in 2018. She was later appointed to Head of Asset Management France.

Prior to these roles within Redevco, Cécile was a financial auditor at EY (2000-2017). Cécile has over 15 years of experience in real estate from financial to operational areas. Cécile graduated from a French Business School and is also a chartered accountant and auditor in France.

Richard has over 17 years experience in real estate lending across European and Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining Redevco, he was Managing Director in LaSalle Investment Management’s Debt Investments business & fund manager for their European Whole Loan strategies. He has previously held senior roles in real estate lending across both US & European banks.

Rosalind is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Debt team since April 2025, supporting the sourcing, underwriting and execution of loan transactions. Prior to joining Redevco, Rosalind worked at PGIM’s European Debt Investments business, where she focused on high-yield credit strategies and supported the deployment of their PRECap Fund series across European markets. She began her career at Wells Fargo in the commercial real estate team. Rosalind holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Mark Beaumont joined Redevco Capital Partners in 2024 as Managing Director based in London. Mark is responsible for Redevco Capital Partner’s investment activities in UK and Europe.

Mark has two decades of experience in real estate investment, fund management and financing, executing over £4 billion of real estate transactions in the UK and Europe across the capital structure. Prior to Redevco, Mark founded a London real estate investment manager, implementing an urban value-add strategy with £500 million residential GDV upside.

Previously, Mark was UK Head and Managing Director at FREO Group, a German investment manager, where he was responsible for all UK real estate operations and expanding the firm’s international footprint.

Mark was previously a Director at Rockpoint Group, a private equity firm where he was responsible for UK and European investment and asset management activities. Mark formerly worked in Lehman Brothers’ real estate lending group and started his career at a real estate advisory company, where he became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Boris De Mulder joined Redevco Capital Partners in 2024 as Director based in London. Boris has been part of Redevco since 2016, contributing to various roles in real estate asset transactions, investment management and strategic real estate corporate M&A in Europe.

Before joining Redevco, Boris worked in the Corporate Finance advisory team of Deloitte Real Estate for 3 years, based out of Brussels.

Boris holds a BSc and MSc in Business Economics from the University of Brussels (Solvay Business School) and a Postgraduate in Real Estate from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). Additionally, he has successfully passed Level II of the CFA program.
