Redevco Germany welcomes a new tenant in retail park near Hanau

Düsseldorf, 1 February 2021 – Redevco Germany, the German subsidiary of one of the largest private-sector real estate investment managers in Europe, welcomes a new tenant to the retail park in Gründau-Lieblos near Hanau: Fritz Frank Schuhe und Sport KG, Bretzenheim. The tenant has leased two retail spaces of approx. 2,400 sqm in total on a long-term basis from January this year. Fritz Frank operates more than 40 specialist shops in the shoe and sports fashion sectors (e. g. Frank Schuh Palast, Sport Fink, Quick Schuh) and employs more than 400 staff members.
The retail park in Gründau-Lieblos, about 25 minutes from Frankfurt am Main, comprises five retail units of approx. 21,000 sqm and has about 600 parking spaces. The main tenants are Bauhaus and Media Markt; a Rossmann drugstore rounds off the tenant mix. The properties are part of the “Kinzigtalzentrum” with more than 80,000 sqm, which is easily accessible via the neighbouring A66 motorway for over 400,000 people in the immediate catchment area.
