We recognise that we cannot address our social and environmental impact alone.
Business in Balance' means strengthening the positive impact of our activities on society as a whole while reducing any negative effects. People and their surroundings are inseparably linked, in our view. So we do not just meet the minimum legal requirement. Our aspirations reach further; where possible we try to stay ahead of the regulations. As an international company we aim to have our projects conform to the most stringent laws and regulations, even in countries where the prescripts are less strict.
Green Buildings
In 2007 Redevco selected BREEAM (www.breeam.org) as the green building rating scheme, because it provides us with a common framework across Europe but with the flexibility to adapt criteria recognising local legislation and circumstances..
