BayWa, Aschaffenburg

In 2020, we acquired the BayWa DIY store and garden centre in Aschaffenburg for our “Redos Einzelhandel Deutschland II” fund. Benefiting from excellent transport links, the site enjoys stable customer footfall and revenues thanks to its location near the city centre and direct connections to the highway and the A3 motorway. With more than 10,000 sqm in rental space, the single-tenant property represents an optimal addition to our portfolio.
