Parque Corredor has become a benchmark in retail transformation, achieving remarkable value creation through the strategic consolidation of a previously fragmented ownership structure.

This first step paved the way for an ambitious refurbishment plan that has redefined the center’s appeal, elevated its commercial offering, and optimised operational excellence. After the extensive transformation between 2020 and 2024, Parque Corredor now offers the broadest commercial mix  in the Torrejón de Ardoz area, both in food & beverage, fashion, services and leisure.

Key milestones of the transformation include:

  • Revamped commercial layout: a redesigned configuration that has attracted leading tenants such as Zara, IKEA, MediaMarkt, and Yelmo Premium, significantly enhancing the customer experience and raising the center’s profile.
  • Tenant modernisation: 98% of operators have renovated their stores, aligning with the new design standards and overall aesthetics.
  • High occupancy: The center now enjoys a 98% occupancy rate, demonstrating strong tenant confidence and sustained demand.
  • Robust sales growth: retail sales have increased by 56%, a clear indicator of the project’s success in boosting footfall and consumer engagement.

This outstanding transformation was recognised in September 2025 with the AECC Award for Best Major Transformation or Expansion of a Shopping Center.

Beyond commercial success, Parque Corredor is also a model of sustainability and innovation:

  • Renewable Energy: the parking area now features solar canopies equipped with 930 panels, capable of generating 740 MWh annually to power shared spaces (with a total installed capacity of 515 kW).
  • Electric Mobility: with 48 EV charging stations, including rapid and ultra-rapid stations, the center actively supports the shift towards cleaner, more sustainable transportation.

More than just a shopping destination, Parque Corredor is a forward-thinking, sustainable, and welcoming space that sets a new benchmark for the future of retail.
