He notes that while the industry is making progress, the rapid evolution of regulation and the expanding scope of ESG expectations are putting pressure on teams with existing capacity constraints.
Despite these challenges, Chris emphasises that investor appetite for net‑zero‑aligned assets remains strong. Redevco’s priority for 2026 is to continue delivering against its 2040 decarbonisation mission, further embedding biodiversity, climate‑risk management and social value across the business.
