Brandenburger Einkaufszentrum Wust

The centre has been an established location for 27 years, but it had not received sufficient investment for some time. We changed this by converting the shopping centre into an attractive, varied and accessible family centre. In particular, the location now benefits from improved amenity quality and an expanded sector mix. Although the centre already had an appealing mix of tenants, we have added a strong anchor tenant: Having moved into 6,000 sqm, Modepark Röther will sustainably upgrade the fashion segment thanks to its vast range of brands. Further new additions to the centre include Jeans Fritz and OroVivo, while existing tenants such as Kik, Tedi and Intersport have realised state-of-the-art store design concepts and, in some cases, expanded into new space. The grand opening of the new shopping centre took place in October 2019, accompanied by a week of special offers.
