Kaufpark Eiche, Germany

Modern architecture, a central food court and plenty of space for events – the new Kaufpark Eiche is an attractive hybrid shopping and experience centre for people in the region. It combines shopping and leisure activities in an architecturally appealing atmosphere. We have deliberately developed the center as a brand while also preserving its long-standing identity. In this way, we have strengthened a traditional retail location and created an appealing meeting place for loyal and new customers and visitors.

Sustainability was a key aspect of the comprehensive modernisation in 2017. Measures such as the comprehensive use of LED lighting and water-saving fittings in the sanitary facilities helped Kaufpark Eiche to obtain “excellent” BREEAM DE Bestand certification for existing sustainable buildings.
