Redevco acquires a c. 30,000 sqm prime multi-user logistics park in Duisburg, developed by Garbe Industrial and BREMER
The property is 96% occupied across five tenants and benefits from strong connectivity across the Rhine-Ruhr region
London, 21 September, 2026 – Redevco, one of Europe’s largest privately owned real estate managers with assets under management of around €10.5 billion, has acquired a prime multi-user logistics park in Duisburg, Germany, further strengthening its presence in one of Europe’s key logistics markets.
This transaction brings Redevco’s total logistics platform to approximately 15 million sq ft and €1.05 billion of assets under management across 40 assets.
The c. 30,000 sq m multi-user park comprises three mid-box logistics buildings across a 56,000 sq m industrial site at Hamborner Straße 32-34 in Duisburg. The property is 96% occupied across five tenants, primarily from the e-commerce sector. The asset includes a range of sustainability features, including a rooftop photovoltaic system, heat pump heating, LED lighting, and EV charging infrastructure, and targets a DGNB Gold certification.
